This part is a high-performance hydraulic aluminum engine radiator assembly designed for thermal regulation and heat dissipation under heavy warehouse or industrial conditions. It utilizes an aluminum core with anti-corrosion metal tanks to prevent engine overheating under maximum load capacities.
The radiator is engineered as a direct fit across 2.0-ton to 3.5-ton capacity counterbalance forklifts using both Internal Combustion Gasoline/LPG and Diesel engines:
- Toyota 7FG / 7FD Series: Models 7FG20, 7FG23, 7FG25, 7FG30, 7FD20, 7FD25, and 7FD30.
- Toyota 8FG / 8FD Series: Models 8FG20, 8FG23, 8FG25, 8FD20, 8FD25, and 8FD30.
- Engine Codes: Directly mates with core engine block lines including the Toyota 4Y (Gasoline/LPG), 5K (Gasoline/LPG), as well as the 1DZ, 2Z, and 3Z (Diesel) series.
